Booker is turning 100 - Come Celebrate!

Labor Day Weekend 2019 | Booker Texas

It may be hard to believe but Booker, Texas is turning 100 years old and that means it is time to celebrate. The Celebration Committee is hard at work, but are ready to announce the date and tentative schedule. Please click the link below to learn more and peruse the schedule. The most important thing is to get on the email update list so that we can keep you up to date as the celebration gets closer. We hope to see you all in Booker, Texas Labor Day Weekend.

Teresa Godino Meyer, Chairwoman of Booker’s 100th Ex-Students’ Assembly, needs some input for the assembly:
1. Do you have any personal experiences you would like to share? Would you be willing to share them during the ex-students’ meeting?
2. What is the most vivid world event you remember during your time in high school?
3. Which teachers made the most impact in your life?
4. Did you have any classmates/teachers who passed away while you were in high school? How did that death impact your life?
5. What pop culture events do you remember the most? Movies? Music? Television?
6. Championships?
